How do you get the watches?+

We have on-the-ground reps in AP boutiques who pull each piece on release day, on launch. They check the watch and hand it off to our shipping team.

Are they 100% authentic?+

Yes. Each watch comes with original box, papers, certificate and warranty card straight from the boutique. We back this with our own authenticity guarantee.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?+

We ship worldwide. Most orders go out in 24–48 hours; delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on country. Tracking is sent over Telegram / WhatsApp.

What is the return policy?+

Unworn watches with intact packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery — return shipping is on you. Once worn, the sale is final.

How can I pay?+

Payment details and the most convenient method (card, bank transfer, USDT, Wise) are agreed individually with our manager via WhatsApp, Telegram or email.

Why is there no queue?+

Because we already did the queuing for you. Our reps secure stock on launch day, so you skip the waitlist and the resale-bot mess.
